A New Era for Spillman

Spillman Homes has been a staple in Columbia for years. But as time went on, Spillman Homes continued to grow and evolve. And now, 17 years after Jeremy Spillman began his own company, Spillman Homes is changing its name, and Jeremy’s business model looks a little different. 

Two Businesses

Remodels and new construction are, and always have been, Jeremy Spillman’s two passions. But from here on out, he’s handling remodels and new construction under two different companies: Lombardo Homes Columbia and Studio Spillman. 

Studio Spillman

Now that Jeremy Spillman is offering new builds through Lombardo Homes, his namesake company, Studio Spillman, will exclusively work with remodels and renovations. These projects are at the heart of what Jeremy loves, and he is excited to have a company and a team dedicated solely to transforming people’s homes. 

Spillman Homes served Jeremy and the Columbia community well for many years. But now, with Studio Spillman and Lombardo Homes Columbia, Jeremy and his teams are able explore partnerships and offer more specialized services.

Lombardo Homes Columbia

Lombardo Homes is a national homebuilding company, and it partnered with Jeremy Spillman to expand to the Columbia market. Jeremy will be the president of Lombardo Homes Columbia, where he will spearhead the design of custom new builds in and around mid-Missouri.
